For Parents: How to update your myPueo email address
When converting to BBID, the email address used for each parent must be unique. To put it another way, two different parents or guardians cannot have the same email address. Parents/guardians who share a single email address must first update their email address to a unique email address on their myPueo profile page. You must complete this step before converting your myPueo account to BBID.
This guide will walk you through the process of changing your email address in myPueo.
- Go to https://midpac.myschoolapp.com/app#login and use your myPueo username and password to sign in.
- Once you are signed in, you will see a menu bar similar to the one below. https://midpac.myschoolapp.com/app#login in the upper right corner.
- A drop down menu will appear. Select Profile.
- Your profile contact card will appear with all of your information. To change your email address, find the Digital section and click/tap Edit.
- A drop down menu will appear. Select Email Address.
- You can now change your email address by deleting what is currently in the Email field, then replacing it with your new email address.
- When you are done, click/tap Save.
You have successfully updated your email address.
