Parent View and Student View in myPueo

Tutorial Description: Welcome to myPueo, Mid-Pacific's School Information System (SIS) that includes a Learning Management System (LMS) and portal to see grades & assignments. In this tutorial, you will be introduced to the interface of myPueo.  Parent and Student Views are similar, but not all features are in the same location.

Parent View

The first time you login each day, you will land on the News > Featured Content page. This will have the school news, school pictures and upcoming school events for all three school divisions.

Parents can access your child(ren)'s progress, schedule, assignments, conduct, contact information, calendar events and any courses, advisories, athletics & activities pages.

  1. To access your student(s) information, click on Children on the top left.
  1. On the Progress tab, you can find:
  • Performance - location of report cards and transcript
  • Conduct - location of demerits earned, reason and consequence
  • Attendance - Shows tardies and absences, what classes, what days/times and reason
  • Courses, Advisories, Athletics & Activities - links to the class or activity page, link to email or message teacher/advisor/coach with a visual representation of assignments that are due today, assigned today and active assignments.
  1. To view your child(ren)'s schedule, click on the Schedule tab.  This will show the weekly view by default.
  2. Click on any day of the week to see the child's schedule for that day.
  3. Click on View Full Schedule to see monthly view.
  4. Click on course name to access class page.
  1. To view your child(ren)'s Assignments click on the Assignments tab.  This will display the assignment center.
  2. Click on the arrows to navigate a day, week or month view
  3. Click on the range of information you want to see, by today, a day, week, month or range
  4. Choose between Assigned, Active or Assignments that are due today.  Can only select one.
  5. Grid View - Switch between grid and list views
  6. RSS - Export Calendar Data for Assignments (easier to do in Calendar View)
  7. Print this view, opens a new tab
  8. Click to choose Grading Reports to run (View Assignment Grades, w/comments & Cumulative Grades)
  9. Missing Assignments - list of any assignment that teacher has marked Missing with link to the class page & assignment
  1. To access the conduct page, click on the Conduct tab.
  1. Click on the Contact Card tab to access information on your child.

To change any data for you or your child(ren), please use the "Contact Us" Resource Board and the form "Profile Update Form."

Student View

  1. Click on My Day on the top left, and click on Progress.
  1. On the Progress tab, select the grade level.  Students can see:
  • Performance - location of report cards and transcript
  • Conduct - location of demerits earned, reason and consequence
  • Attendance - Shows tardies and absences, what classes, what days/times and reason
  1. To view course information, click on the course name.
  1. On the class page, the first tab you will see is the Bulletin Board.
  2. MS/HS classes are setup with basic class information - teacher name, class location, teacher email address, syllabus, announcements, and Weekly Agenda.
