To see your student's checklist:

1. Log in to your parent myPueo account.
2. Look for a yellow banner right after you log in – that means there's a checklist waiting for you!
3. If you don't see a yellow banner, no action is needed on your part right now (maybe another parent/guardian already completed it).

Yellow banner on myPueo means an active checklist needs signing. And heads up, most school forms only need one parent/guardian's signature unless it says otherwise! Students need to log in to their own myPueo account to sign forms assigned to them.

Just click and follow the steps! You'll be guided through it.

Want to see past forms? Log into your parent myPueo account, click your name (top right), go to "Files and Forms," and hit "Print" to view anything completed!
