MS/HS - Viewing Assignments and Grades on myPueo

Tutorial Description: Middle and High School teachers use Assignments in myPueo to help student and parents organize and manage their schoolwork.  In this tutorial, you will learn how to check your or your child's assignments, customize the Assignment listing view for better organization, and check grades.

1. Parent View of the Student's Assignments

From your parent login, you can access any course, assignments, and missing assignments for your child.

Parent View will not be able to turn in or submit any assignments.  Students should log in with their username and password to turn in assignments.

  1. Click your child's picture or hover on the Children drop down if you have multiple children enrolled.  Click the child's page you wish to view.

  1. To view all assignments and missing assignments, click on the Assignments tab.

1.2. Assignments:  Access to every active assignment from all classes

  1. Arrows - navigate by day/week/month to see past and future assignments.
  2. Today/Day/Week/Month/Range - view all assignments within the selected category.
  3. Assigned/Active/Due - all assignment that are due during the week.
  4. Due directly above the assignment due date and the assignments will be arranged in chronological order.
  5. Missing Assignments - list of any assignment that teacher has marked Missing with link to the class page & assignment.

When you click on Missing Assignments, there will be a pop-up with a list of all the student's missing assignment for review.

A helpful view would be the Grid view (top right of Assignments tab).  This places assignments into a calendar view.  Changing the view from Assigned or Due will place the assignment(s) on the date the assignment(s) are assigned or due.  Changing the view to Active will show duration of the assignment (assigned date to date due).

2. Student View of the Assignment Center

  1. Click on My Day.
  2. Next, click on Assignment Center.

2.1. Assignment Center:  Access to every active assignment from all classes

3.1. Progress Tab

  1. To view all assignments and missing assignments, click on the Assignments tab.
  1. Scroll down to the Courses section to see your child's grades.  
  2. Select the semester in Term.
  3. Grades will be displayed towards the right of the class name.
  4. If no grade is shown (--), click on See grade detail button.  A window will pop up with the detailed grading for that class.

4. Student View of Class Grades

  1. Click on My Day.
  2. Next, click on Progress.

4.1. Courses listing with grades

  1. Scroll down to the section Courses.
  2. Click on the current semester in Term, and click on the button Show.
  3. Grades will appear to the left of the teacher's name.
  1. If no grade is shown (--), click on See grade detail button.  A window will pop up with the detailed grading for that class.
