7.3. Downloading data from Managed Apple ID (MAID)
This guide will show you how to download all of your data from your Managed Apple ID to a computer.
Open a web browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge)
Navigate to https://privacy.apple.com and sign in with your Managed Apple ID (same as your Mid-Pacific student email address) eg: [email protected].
Click "Request a copy of your data"
Select the data you wish to download
Tap the Select All button and make sure everything you want is checked.
Choose a file size (larger is better)
Check your email within 7 days
Within 7 days, Apple will email you that your process is complete and the data is ready to be downloaded.
