Safari: How to Remove Website Data

Use this guide if you are having issues accessing myPueo and/or would like to clear the saved auto-filled credentials in the Safari web browser.

This guide will work for removing website data (cache, cookies, local storage) for any website. Replace myschoolapp.com with a website of your choice.

macOS Guide

Launch the Safari app

In the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences

  1. Click on the Privacy icon
  2. Next, click Manage Website Data…

A window will appear showing all of the website cache, cookies and storage in Safari.

  1. In the upper right corner, type myschoolapp.com.
  2. Click on the website selection that appears.
  3. Click Remove to remove the website data for myschoolapp.com. DO NOT CLICK REMOVE ALL.
  4. Click Done.

If you want to remove data for ALL WEBSITES in Safari, click Remove All. By doing this, you will need to re-sign in to all website and you may loose some settings on websites that had them.

The website data for myPueo has been cleared. You can now attempt to sign in to myPueo by going to https://midpac.myschoolapp.com/app#login

iOS Guide

Launch the Settings app. In the left column, tap on Safari.

 

On the right column, scroll down to the bottom and tap Advanced.

Tap Website Data.

A window will appear showing all of the website cache, cookies and storage in Safari.

  1. In the right column, type myschoolapp.com in the search field.
  2. Data for the website myschoolapp.com will appear below the search field.
  1. Swipe to the left on the myschoolapp.com until you see the red Delete button appear. Tap Delete.
  2. Tap Done on the bottom right corner.

The website data for myPueo has been cleared. You can now attempt to sign in to myPueo by going to https://midpac.myschoolapp.com/app#login
